Sent me someone else’s order. The item was a Christmas gift and the reissued item arrived well after Christmas. I contacted the seller on December 20th, as soon as I received it and let them know that I received the wrong item. They did apologize, but were in no hurry to rectify the mistake and still shipped it standard shipping. They told me it would take 2-5 days to reprint and 2-5 additional days to ship and they never told me when they reshipped it. I had to contact the seller again and ask if the replacement item had been shipped and was sent my original tracking number and had to ask for the new tracking number.
