We can also send you the digital file only. If you prefer this option, please select 'DIGITAL FILE ONLY.'

Please note that if you choose this option, you will not receive a physical product. Instead, you will receive a high-resolution PNG digital file with a transparent background, which you can use to print on any item locally.

- Write your text in the personalization field (optional).

- Choose the desired font (check listing photos).

- Upload your photos using the “Upload Files” button on Etsy.

You can also send the photos later via Etsy messages if you prefer, or if you don’t have them ready yet.

• Add the item to your cart, and then you can adjust the quantity as needed.

• Choose a high-quality image for best results. Close-up photos taken in good lighting work better.

• We will send you a proof of how the design will look. You will have 24 hours to respond. If we don't get a response within 24 hours, we will need to send the item to production to keep the delivery on time.

🚚Processing Time and Shipping

• Processing Time:

From January to October, the standard processing time for your order is 1-5 business days. During November and December, processing may take up to 10 business days.

• Shipping Time:

Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

Express shipping takes 2-3 business days.

👉For International Orders: May take up to 15 business days for shipping and delivery.

*Please note that we are unable to accept returns as all of our items are made to order just for you. If the item is faulty or if an error has been made on our part, please contact us with a few pictures of the faulty item, and we will come up with a solution for you.

*Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
