-Please choose the size of the towel and how many pets would you like on it.

-Please choose the color of the towel. (You can check samples on my photos)

We can also send you the digital file only. If you prefer this option, please select 'DIGITAL FILE ONLY.'

Please note that if you choose this option, you will not receive a physical product. Instead, you will receive a high-resolution PNG digital file with a transparent background, which you can use to print on any item locally.

• Add your personalization:

- Write your pet’s name in the personalization field (optional).

- Choose your preferred font (see listing photos).

- Upload your photos using the “Upload Files” button on Etsy.

- If you don’t have your photos ready yet, you can send them later via Etsy Messages.

• Add the item to your cart, and then you can adjust the quantity as needed.

✍️We will begin working on your order as soon as we receive your photo and order details. We will keep you updated on the progress of your case, and if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

⚠️IMPORTANT

• We can work with almost any image and can upscale photos if needed. However, for the best results, we recommend choosing a high-quality image, as the details will be clearer and more accurate. Close-up photos taken in good lighting work best. If you don't have a high-quality photo, don't worry—we'll do our best to enhance and upscale it to achieve the best possible result.

• We will send you a proof of how the design will look. You will have 24 hours to respond. If we don't get a response within 24 hours, we will need to send the item to production to keep the delivery on time.

🚚Processing Time and Shipping

• Processing Time:

From January to October, the standard processing time for your order is 1-5 business days. During November and December, processing may take up to 10 business days.

• Shipping Time:

👉For USA Orders: Standard shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

👉For International Orders: May take up to 15 business days for shipping and delivery.
